We value fairness and transparency. Please read our refund and dispute policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid feature.
- If you were accidentally charged or double-billed.
To request a refund, contact us at gabocastillo321@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed via your original payment method.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of matches or engagement with the app
- Subscription periods partially used
2. Disputes
- If you believe you were charged in error or have a payment-related concern, contact us first at gabocastillo321@gmail.com.
- We aim to resolve all issues within 3–5 business days.
- Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay the resolution process.
